Mentorship is a critical need for graduate students and early career sociologists who very often lack access to resources and guidance in their home departments to support their community-based research interests. \u00a0Toward addressing this need, the Sociology Node will hold its second annual Junior Community Scholars Mentorship Event in conjunction with the American Sociological Association<\/a> (ASA) and the Society for the Study of Social Problems<\/a> (SSSP) annual meetings in Chicago this August.<\/p>\n
