Bray, Director of the center of Learning and Professional Education under the Institute for Translational Research <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hartford.edu\/enhp\/community\/itr\/learning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.hartford.edu\/enhp\/community\/itr\/learning\/<\/a>.
