Friday, April 4 – Gathering, Sessions, Speakers and being in Community
Saturday, April 5 – Sessions, Gathering and Evening Closing Session
The $350 Conference Registration Fee includes lunches as well as Thursday and Saturday Evening Events
airports
The T.F Green International Airport in Providence https://flyri.com/ (POV) is approximately a 12 min ride (10 miles) to conference and hotel locations.
The Boston Logan International Airport https://www.massport.com/logan-airport (BOS is approximately a 60 min ride (50 miles) to conference and hotel locations.
Train
The Providence Train Station is served by Amtrak and the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA), which provides service between Boston and Providence. The station is a short walk or taxi ride to the conference and hotel locations.
Taxi and multiple ride-hailing services also operate in the city.
HOTELs
Both hotels where we have reserved a block of rooms are an easy walking distance to the conference location. Discounted rates are based on availability and are not guaranteed. Note: the Homewood Suites includes hot breakfast, the Aloft has a restaurant on site. Both have access to WiFi.
